Gear Overview

One of the questions I get asked all the time is what kind of equipment I use. As any photographer will tell you, it really doesn’t matter; but these pieces of equipment are the ones I like to work and they help me get my job done. That's why I made this small guide: to answer all your questions. Will be updated every month.

My Camera Kit

Canon 6D Mark Ⅱ

Canon 6D Mark Ⅱ

My main camera. There are many options in the market, but this is the right one for me. I like the flip screen, the dual-pixel AF and the overall ergonomics.

The cube shape is so versatile. Might change mind with the 7’s HyperSmooth, but for now this is still my go-to.

Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader-55

Even if carrying only the bare necessary is a good exercise for your craft, sometimes even the minimum for a job is too much for a backpack (or your back). This one is light, silent and offers good protection.

Peak Design Everyday Sling 10L

PEak Design Everyday Sling 10L

After trying a lot (and I mean A LOT) of bags, I finally found the perfect daily bag. It's light but well organised and thanks to the easily adjustable strap it doesn't swing around while staying easily accessible when needed. I mostly use it to carry my camera, a powerbank, a bottle of water and other essentials.

Misc

Apple MacBook Pro 15

Apple MacBook Pro

Powerful and finally in dark grey.

Synology DiskStation

Synology NAS

This is the central hub where all my files live. It syncs with cloud services, serves as a distribution platform to send finals to clients and is the backup of all the backups. Obviously, it gets backuped too.
